Originating from a planning office, BauerSoftware developed the first cost control software for architects and engineers in 1986. The interest in this highly practice-oriented solution was so great that an AVA solution followed a few years later and in 1998 it was expanded to include the fee range. The organization program area was finally added in 2010. This makes BUILDUP the first and only consistent commercial solution for planners and architects.
